Sunday’s Showcase – Fun Halloween Photo Crafts for Kids | Langley, Abbotsford Family Photos
Halloween is quickly approaching and everyone is trying to figure out what they’re going to be. In the midst of gathering items for costumes, trick-or-treaters, parties and more, take some time to sit down and do some fun Halloween-themed crafts with your kids. Here are some ghoulishly great ideas to try!
Turn your kids into spooky monsters. Well, not really, but you can transform their sweet photos into something more scary. Leftover photo proofs from class picture day work well – or any close-up headshots you have. Let you kids have fun decorating their photos and transforming their own images into witches, ghosts and more. It’s probably even more fun for kids to transform their siblings photos – you never know what ideas they’ll come up with!
Continuing with our photo theme, have your kids help you create your own Halloween photo booth. This is perfect if you’re having a party and want a place for everyone to take photos. All you need is some poster board, colorful coverings and your imagination. You can cover the board with a disposable Halloween-themed tablecloth and then add your own personal touches such as streamers, balloons, pumpkins, black cats and more.
A good photo booth needs props. You can find a variety of printable props online but crafting your own funny masks, hats, wigs and more is a lot more fun. Have a happy and safe Halloween!
