Sunday’s Showcase – Valentine’s Crafts for Kids – Vancouver Family Photographer
Since Valentine’s Day is next week, it might be fun to do a few crafts with the kids. What’s better than a homemade card? Here are some fun ideas to keep your little ones occupied and entertained.
Everyone loves creating cute cards to give for Valentine’s Day. Break out the colored paper, glitter and glue and let your imaginations run wild. There are so many things you can create with just a few items.
A really fun and simple idea is to create your own signature heart stamps. All you need is a paper towel tube, some paint and paper. Bend the tube to form a heart shape, dip in the paint and start stamping. How easy! You can then re-use the tube to create Valentine’s love bugs and butterflies.
Of course, the most popular craft ideas are sure to involve candy. You can make cards that hold mini candy bars, lollipops, kisses and more. Bagged treats are also fun to make and give out to classmates. Enjoy crafting and Happy Valentine’s Day!
