If you’re getting ready to schedule an upcoming family photo session, chances are you’ll want to take advantage of the warmer weather and do it outside. There are so many wonderful locations from which to choose, so here are just a few to help get you inspired.
Van Dusen Botanical Gardens
An absolutely gorgeous location, the gardens are the perfect place to take some family photos, especially when so many colourful flowers are in full bloom. There’s a small entrance fee – but so worth sometimes.
A true gem of a beach location, Spanish Banks is a calm and serene oasis to escape to and get some amazing photos. If you want to incorporate a stunning sunset, head there later in the evening to do so.
If you’re looking for something a little more quirky and industrial, definitely check out Gastown. It’s been having a major transformation in the last few years and taking some photos in this vibrant area will definitely make for some very interesting and different shots.
Dr. Sun Yat Sen Classical Chinese Garden
Right in the middle of the bustle of Chinatown lies the peaceful Dr. Sun Yat Sen Classical Chinese Garden. It features a beautiful selection of trees and plants, waterfalls, ponds and intriguing architecture that make for fantastic backdrops for your photo session.
