Billy Elliot, the musical just opened at the Stanley Alliance Industrial Stage. This family-friendly show is based on the movie and features music by Elton John. The inspiring tale of a boy taking up ballet as England’s 1984 coal miners strike swirls around him is one the whole family can enjoy. The show runs through July 10th.
Cloverdale Rodeo and Country Fair
It’s almost hard to believe next weekend will be the 128th annual Cloverdale Rodeo & Country Fair! There will be so many activities to check out during this four day event. They include the area’s largest Midway with rides for all ages, animals, kids zone, a lumberjack show, freestyle skateboarding, live music and so much more. Be sure to come with a big appetite as the Cowboy Rib Fest is back by popular demand.
