Sunday Showcase – Black, White and Color Cohesion

sunday showcase

If you’re like most families, you’ve acquired many great photographs over the years that you love and want to display. And most likely, you probably have a mix of colour photography and black & white. So how do you create a display incorporating both styles? Keep it simple – use the same colour and style frames for the whole display. Don’t go too heavy on one or the other. If you have 7 colour photos and 3 b&w ones, the display will look a bit uneven. However if you have 7 colour and 1 b&w, then that one can act as an accent piece or “pop” in that display. Check out these examples for some inspiration.
