Cover Contest | Vancouver Child Photographer
As I mentioned in an earlier post – the Chic Critique Forum is launching a magazine next month and they’re holding a cover contest to find the perfect image. The theme is “Launch | to release, catapult, or send off. | To put into operation or set in motion. | To enter energetically. | To spring forward: take off”.
The obvious thing that comes to mind when I think of the theme launch is jumping, starting to walk, run, throwing an item, or letting something go – there are so many ideas and visualizations that seem relevant to me.
Although I love the photograph of the little cutie pie jumping in my previous post – I think I’ll dare to be different and submit the photo of my little lady laughing. Starting to laugh, entering into laughter energetically, releasing all that positive energy – there’s ways to make it work. The best part is that if I were launching a magazine – I think laughing and being giddy with excitement is exactly what I’d be doing.
So, here it is – my entry for the cover contest… wish me luck.
